Before approaching Hagar with a research inquiry, please submit the following requirements:

1. A Cover Letter explaining who you are, where you are from, educational background and why you are interested in Hagar.

2. Your approved Cambodia Ethics Review (for research that seeks to interview Hagar clients).

3. A Terms of Reference which:

a. Defines research objectives

b. Outlines the process

c. How interviews will be conducted and what types of questions will be asked

d. How Hagar will be credited in throughout the research.

e. How and where the research will be used.
