Girls like Qujen find refuge, safety, and hope at Hagar's Aftercare Program. Aftercare is for girls from 4-14 years of age who have been sexually exploited through trafficking and rape.

Each young girl who comes to Aftercare has experienced emotional trauma. Skilled counselors and staff work with each of the girls and facilitate a sense of belonging, healing, and community.

Wherever possible, the counselors and staff at Hagar's Aftercare Program will walk the girls towards reintegration in the community.  Hagar first explores whether reintegration with the girls' family might be possible.  Often however, this is not the safest option and Hagar seeks a community based care alternative.
